Monday is a big day across the state. Last week the conference championship games occurred. Congrats to Wise, St. Charles, Linganore, Pikesville, Poly, Glen Burnie, and W. Churchill on winning their conference championships. Howard, Harford Tech, and FSK won their conference outright in the regular season. This is the time of the year that your out of conference scheduling will come into play. If your team has been exposed to playing top competition most of the season, this is where it will show. During playoff time there is no “Ducking the bump”, its “Win or go home”. Good luck to all 128 remaining teams.
So far, my predictions are still holding true. I will be back Tuesday to preview the Region Finals. Based off the “Eye test,” strength of schedule, quality wins against tough opponents, and overall record is what my rankings are based off.
