Week of Feb 13th”- Maryland Public Girls Basketball Top 20 – Rankings

We have officially made it to the last week of the regular season. It’s so many good teams across our state, it would be a disservice to their hard work to not create a “Top 20”. Last week Williamsport lost to an unranked Middletown, and Loch Raven lost to Pikesville. Oxon Hill has won 14 in a row, Howard and Western have won 9 in a row. Urbana beat Wise, and ManValley beat Linganore handedly. In the battle of “Good Luck Rd” Parkdale beat Duval. St. Frances beat Glen Burnie Saturday by 6 in a good public vs private game. Harford Tech, Western, ManValley, and Severna Park join the rankings this week. Based off the “Eye test,” strength of schedule, quality wins against tough opponents, and overall record is what these weekly rankings are based off.
